Burning Picnic Tables

OK… So… Last night I had a very interesting dream about burning picnic tables.
Stick with me on this… It gets very interesting…
I am out in our field with a huge bonfire, burning in the field, and around me, are piles and piles of broken picnic tables too many to count. One by one I’m dragging these picnic tables to the bonfire to burn them up. As the fire got hotter and taller, I began to realize there was something shimmery rising from the fire. Getting as close as I could to the fire, with it being so hot, I realized that what I was seeing was gold dust rising from the fire. Apparently, the rotten wood from the picnic tables was infused with gold dust.
I knew I had to do something to capture this gold dust, but with the fire being so hot, there was no way I could get to the gold dust before it fell into the fire. I realized I would have to wait for the fire to go out and dig for the gold under the ashes.
When I woke up, the Lord instantly gave me the interpretation to the dream.
During this past season in your life of healing, My refining fire, (represented by the bonfire) has been burning away the rotten pieces of your old identity, (represented by the rotten wood of the picnic tables). In my great love for you, I have been burning up your old, rotten wrong identity… Your doubt and belief, you’re feeling of not being enough, you’re feeling of being insignificant, and., most of all, your belief that I do not have your back. These have all been systematically burned up with my refining fire as I walked you through, this past year, a complete understanding of your true identity of who I call you as my bold freedom fighter. The rotten wood was not infused with gold dust. My Refining fire turned what was rotten in your life into gold.
You are in a place now where you and I, together, can mine for the gold now hidden under the ashes of the burned wood. This gold is not for show… This gold is not to be put on display… This gold is meant for war.
Solomon made 500 shields out of beaten gold, which never were used for battle. (see 1 Kings 10:16-17) They were put on display in the temple to show off his great wealth. The gold you and I will be mining is meant for war, not meant for show. I am leading You and Donna out in a new direction with a new vision, equipping you with this gold to bring hope and life and a new understanding of the true identity I have called those I bring into your life, to walk in.
Lord… I receive this word from you and look forward with anticipation to 2026 and the gold you are leading me to as we mine it together. I am focused, as you reminded me last week, to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness. I know this is key to what you have in store for me. I know this is where the gold is to be found.
Where are you lead me… I will follow…
Psalm 19:9-10.
Reverence for the LORD is pure,
lasting forever.
The laws of the LORD are true;
each one is fair.
They are more desirable than gold,
even the finest gold.
They are sweeter than honey,
even honey dripping from the comb.
John 10:3-4
The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep recognize his voice and come to him. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they know his voice.
